Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for actively managing and executing sales strategies, ensuring all client interactions and sales processes adhere to the brand’s professional standards and consultative selling principles.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Ensures all interactions and outreach are professional Sales Calls, utilizing Hyatt’s Consultative Selling principles and SMART Selling philosophies.
👉 Carefully plans and structures Sales Calls, defining clear, measurable objectives for each interaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
👉 Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. 👉 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
👉 Industry Preference: Experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferable.
