Job Summary
Addis Bank S.C. invites qualified and motivated graduates to join its Graduate Trainee Program. The program includes a 2–3 month structured training phase—both on-the-job and off-the-job—designed to prepare trainees for full-time banking responsibilities.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will serve a three-year commitment with the Bank. Under the supervision of a Branch Manager, Graduate Trainees will be responsible for handling cash transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with the Bank’s operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Receive and pay cash against verified financial instruments at the counter.
👉 Maintain accurate daily transaction records and validate all processed documents.
👉 Stamp, verify, and record all cash movements in accordance with Bank procedures.
👉 Reconcile daily cash balances and prepare related reports.
👉 Uphold the Bank’s compliance, security, and confidentiality standards.
Educational Requirements
👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
👉 Graduated in 2025 G.C. (2017 E.C.).
👉 CGPA: 2.50 and above.
👉 Exit Exam Result: 50% or higher.
