Job Vacancy: Packaging Operator
Role Overview
Heineken Ethiopia is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as a Packaging Operator. This role is foundational to the production process, ensuring the efficient and consistent packaging of products at either the Kilinto or Bedele facilities. This is an entry-level opportunity, with applications welcome from both experienced candidates and qualified fresh graduates.

Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for operations within the packaging shop floor. Key duties include:
👉 Operating and monitoring packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
👉 Conducting routine checks and maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
👉 Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
👉 Adhering strictly to quality control standards and production schedules.
👉 Collaborating with the logistics and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- Preferred: Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Auto Mechanics, or Automotive fields.
- Alternative: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or a related technical field.
Experience:
- Minimum: 0 – 2 years of progressive experience. This position is open to qualified fresh graduates.
- Advantageous: Prior experience working on a shop floor within a beverage or logistics operation environment.
