Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing essential technical support and maintaining the operational health of the company’s IT infrastructure. Core duties include:
👉 Provide first-level technical support to end-users for all hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
👉 Diagnose and resolve computer system malfunctions and software errors in a timely and effective manner.
👉 Install, configure, and maintain desktop computer systems, network printers, and other peripherals.
👉 Assist in troubleshooting basic network issues and ensuring system reliability.

Education & Experience

👉 Education: MSc or BSc Degree in Computer System, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field of study.
