General Job Requirements
Academic Qualification
👉 For Drivers, Loader Operator, Grader Operator, and Concrete Mixer Operator: Minimum of 8th to 10th grade completion.
👉 For Excavator Operator, Roller Operator, Pneumatic Roller Operator, and Concrete Pump Operator: Minimum of 10th to 12th grade completion.
Experience
Minimum relevant work experience varies by position (see table), ranging from 4 years (Concrete Mixer Operator) up to 10+ years (Grader Operator, Concrete Pump Operator). All experience must be related to the specific vehicle or equipment type.
Other Requirements
👉 Field of Study: Academic (General Education).
👉 Language: Proficiency in Amharic, English, or Afan Oromo is required.
👉 Place of Work: Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.
👉 Salary and Benefits: Attractive salary and incentive package.
