Role Overview
The Junior Sales / Outdoor Sales Representative will be responsible for executing field sales strategies, driving product promotion, and managing client relationships. The position requires frequent outdoor work and a proactive, results-oriented approach to meeting sales objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
The key duties for this position include:
👉 Identifying and proactively approaching potential new clients within assigned areas or sales territories. 👉 Professionally presenting and effectively promoting the company’s products and services to prospective customers.
👉 Conducting regular field visits and maintaining consistent follow-ups with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
👉 Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
👉 Preparing regular sales activity reports and communicating market feedback to the sales management team.
Essential Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
👉 Education: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a closely related field of study. 👉 Experience: A minimum of 0 years up to a maximum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
