⚙️ 1) Junior Engineering Officer
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BA or BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field of study from a recognized university or college.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in an engineering officer, surveyor, or similar relevant role. Note: Only work experience gained after graduation will be considered.
- Skills: Proficient computer skills are required.
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Salary & Benefits: Salary and benefits are determined according to the company’s established scale, with possible negotiation.
- Employment Type: Permanent upon successful completion of the probation period.
💼 2) Branch Manager I
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: BA or BSc degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations, including 2 years at a supervisory or senior level. Note: Only work experience gained after graduation will be considered.
- Skills: Strong computer proficiency is necessary.
- Location: Addis Ababa
- Salary & Benefits: Salary and benefits are provided based on the company’s scale, and are negotiable as needed.
- Employment Type: Permanent upon successful completion of the probation period.
