Position 1: Manager – KYC & CDD
Category: Manager
Location: Head Office
Role Overview:
The KYC & CDD Manager oversees customer due diligence and Know Your Customer compliance, ensuring the bank adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Lead and manage KYC and CDD operations
👉 Supervise staff handling KYC & CDD tasks
👉 Monitor compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
👉 Support audits and reporting related to KYC & CDD activities
👉 Provide guidance and training on compliance best practices
Qualifications and Experience:
👉 BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
👉 Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience
👉 At least 2 years in a supervisory or senior KYC & CDD role
Position 2: Sharia Compliance Officer
Category: Officer
Location: Head Office
Role Overview:
The Sharia Compliance Officer ensures the bank’s operations, products, and services comply with Islamic finance principles and internal sharia governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Monitor and enforce sharia compliance across banking operations
👉 Conduct internal sharia audits and risk assessments
👉 Review and advise on banking products, policies, and procedures
👉 Collaborate with sharia advisory institutions as required
👉 Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management
Qualifications and Experience:
👉 BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or other Islamic studies field
👉 Minimum of 2 years experience in sharia compliance, sharia audit, or Islamic finance risk management
👉 Proven engagement with sharia-related institutions is preferred
