Role Overview
The Junior Customer Service Officer supports daily customer-facing operations by providing accurate information, handling basic financial transactions, and assisting clients in line with the institution’s service standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Provide front-line customer service at branch level
👉 Assist clients with basic financial services and inquiries
👉 Support transaction processing in accordance with company policies
👉 Maintain proper documentation and customer records
👉 Work closely with branch staff to ensure service efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
👉 BA Degree (2024/2025 graduate) in Marketing Management, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Management, Accounting, or related field
👉 Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
👉 No prior work experience required
👉 Willingness to work in Addis Ababa or nearby branches
