Role Overview
The Junior Customer Service Officer supports daily customer-facing operations by providing accurate information, handling basic financial transactions, and assisting clients in line with the institutionβs service standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
π Provide front-line customer service at branch level
π Assist clients with basic financial services and inquiries
π Support transaction processing in accordance with company policies
π Maintain proper documentation and customer records
π Work closely with branch staff to ensure service efficiency
Qualifications and Requirements
π BA Degree (2024/2025 graduate) in Marketing Management, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Management, Accounting, or related field
π Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above
π No prior work experience required
π Willingness to work in Addis Ababa or nearby branches
