Position 1: KYC & CDD Officer III
Location: Head Office
Number of Positions: 1
Role Overview:
The KYC & CDD Officer III supports customer due diligence and Know Your Customer processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Conduct customer due diligence and verification procedures
👉 Ensure accurate KYC documentation and record management
👉 Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
👉 Support audits and compliance reporting
👉 Identify and escalate potential compliance risks
Qualifications and Experience:
👉 BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
👉 Minimum of two years banking experience
👉 At least one year in a KYC & CDD Officer or equivalent role
Position 2: Digital Channel Business Services Officer
Location: Head Office
Number of Positions: 1
Role Overview:
The Digital Channel Business Services Officer supports digital banking operations, ensuring effective service delivery and system usage across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
👉 Support daily operations of digital banking channels
👉 Assist customers and internal users with digital service issues
👉 Monitor digital transaction flows and service performance
👉 Ensure compliance with digital service policies and procedures
👉 Prepare operational reports and documentation
Qualifications and Experience:
👉 BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
👉 Minimum of two years banking experience
👉 At least one year in a digital channel or equivalent banking role
