Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Position 1: Principal Online Banking Officer
Requirements:
👉 BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
👉 Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
👉 At least 2 years of service as a Senior Online and Agent Banking Officer
Position 2: Senior Online Banking Officer
Requirements:
👉 BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
👉 Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
👉 At least 2 years of service as an Online and Agent Banking Officer
Role Overview
The roles focus on managing and supporting the bank’s online and agent banking platforms. Responsibilities include ensuring system reliability, enhancing digital services, and maintaining secure and efficient banking operations.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Manage and support online and agent banking systems
👉 Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
👉 Ensure compliance with banking regulations and IT security standards
👉 Collaborate with internal teams to improve digital banking services
👉 Prepare reports and maintain system documentation
👉 Support the implementation of new digital banking solutions
Qualifications
👉 Relevant academic background in IT or related fields
