Lattuu SACCO is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to fill multiple positions across its branches. The organization is expanding its operations in Addis Ababa, Adama, Ashewa Meda (Gefersa Nono), and Holota, and seeks candidates who can contribute to financial service delivery and operational efficiency.

Available Positions
1. Branch Manager
Location: Adama
👉 Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
👉 Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a financial institution
2. System Administrator
Location: Addis Ababa
👉 Diploma or BSc in Computer Science, Information Communication, IT, or related fields
👉 Experience in network administration, system configuration, and troubleshooting
3. Administrative Assistant (Experienced)
Location: Addis Ababa
👉 Diploma or Degree in Office Management or related field
👉 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative coordination
4. Customer Service Officer (CSO)
Location: Adama
👉 Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
👉 Strong communication and customer handling skills
5. Cashier
Location: Adama
👉 Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
👉 Prior experience in cash handling is preferred
Role Overview
The positions support SACCO operations across branch management, IT systems, administration, and customer service. Selected candidates will contribute to efficient financial service delivery and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Manage branch operations and ensure service quality (for managerial roles)
👉 Maintain and support IT systems and infrastructure
👉 Handle administrative tasks and documentation
👉 Provide customer service and manage member inquiries
👉 Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently
👉 Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures

👉 Relevant educational background as specified per position
👉 Required experience based on role level
👉 Strong communication and organizational skills
