Awash Bank is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill multiple positions in security, environmental and social governance (ESG), IT, and construction-related roles. The vacancies are based in Addis Ababa.

Available Positions
1. CCTV Camera Monitoring Officer
👉 Diploma in Electronics or related field
👉 Minimum 2 years of experience in police, military, or security roles
👉 Technical certification in CCTV, videography, or IT is an advantage
👉 Security-related certifications are considered beneficial
2. Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Officer
👉 BA degree in Environmental Studies, Economics, or related field
👉 Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in ESG-related areas
👉 Experience in the banking or financial sector is preferred
👉 Additional professional training is an advantage
3. Senior Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Officer
👉 BA degree in Environmental Studies, Economics, or related field
👉 Minimum 6 years of relevant ESG experience
👉 Experience within banking or financial institutions is preferred
👉 Professional certifications or courses are advantageous
4. Senior Network Administrator
👉 BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
👉 Minimum 6 years of experience in IT and network administration
👉 Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or CISSP are advantageous
5. Senior Quantity Surveyor (Re-advertised)
👉 BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
👉 Minimum 7 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consultancy
👉 Experience in building construction projects is preferred
👉 Professional certification or membership is advantageous
Key Responsibilities
👉 Monitor and manage surveillance systems (CCTV role)
👉 Support ESG compliance and reporting activities
👉 Maintain and manage IT network infrastructure
👉 Prepare cost estimates and manage construction budgets
👉 Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory standards
👉 Provide technical and operational support within respective departments
Qualifications
👉 Relevant academic qualifications as specified per role
👉 Required years of professional experience
👉 Technical certifications are considered an advantage for specialized roles
👉 Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills
