1. Trainee Officer
👉 BA degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agribusiness, Agro-Economics, IT, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
👉 No prior experience required; marketing or sales skills are an advantage
👉 Applicants must be graduates of 2016 E.C. or later

2. Sales Officer
👉 Diploma/Level II or III in Marketing & Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
👉 Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales

3. Senior Accountant
👉 BA in Accounting & Finance or Accounting
👉 Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in banking or microfinance

4. IT Auditor
👉 BSc in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
👉 Minimum of 5 years in system administration (CBS) and 3 years in senior roles within banking or microfinance

5. Senior Planning Officer
👉 MA or BA in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields
👉 Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic planning or business development in financial institutions

6. Senior Strategy Analyst
👉 MA or BA in Strategic Management, Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields
👉 3–4 years of experience in policy development or strategic planning
