The positions are available on a project-based contractual basis, with some assignments connected to the company’s permanent Head Office operations.


Technical and Engineering Positions

Position 1: Project Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee road construction activities, coordinate project implementation, and ensure project objectives are completed according to schedule and technical standards.

Educational Qualification

👉 M.Sc. or B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering

Work Experience

👉 More than 10 years of relevant road construction experience
👉 Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager position
👉 Strong project planning and management experience is required

Position 2: Construction Engineer Head

Role Overview

The Construction Engineer Head will supervise construction operations, manage technical teams, and ensure project execution complies with engineering standards and project plans.

Educational Qualification

👉 Minimum of 8 years of relevant road construction experience
👉 At least 3 years of experience in a Construction Manager role

Role Overview

The position involves preparing tenders, managing bids, estimating project costs, and supporting contract administration activities.

👉 Construction Technology Management
👉 Related fields

Work Experience

👉 5 to 7 years of relevant road construction experience

Role Overview
