Position: Senior Nurse
Role Overview
The Senior Nurse will play a key role in overseeing nursing operations, coordinating patient care activities, and supporting healthcare teams in delivering effective clinical services. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Lead and supervise nursing staff in daily clinical activities
👉 Develop, implement, and monitor patient care plans
👉 Coordinate healthcare teams to ensure effective service delivery
👉 Support and lead quality improvement initiatives within the facility
👉 Train and mentor newly recruited nursing staff
👉 Ensure proper patient documentation and medical record management
Educational Qualification
👉 Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Nursing
Experience Requirements
👉 At least 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting
👉 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
Required Skills and Competencies
👉 Strong clinical and problem-solving abilities
👉 Leadership and team coordination skills
👉 Effective communication and interpersonal skills
👉 Ability to make decisions in emergency situations
👉 Basic knowledge of computer applications and medical record systems
Salary
👉 ETB 24,000 per month
