Elsabi Microfinance Institution S.Co. (EMFI) is inviting qualified applicants for the following positions:
Available Positions
- 1 ) Risk and Internal Audit Head
- Reports to: Board/CEO
- Education & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing and 3 years working in microfinance, banking, insurance, or related fields. Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
- Number Required: 1
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa and Main Office
- 2 ) Senior Risk and Internal Audit
- Reports to: Risk and Internal Audit Head/CEO
- Education & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing and 2 years working in microfinance, banking, insurance, or related fields. Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
- Number Required: 1
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
- 3 ) Branch Manager I
- Reports to: Operation Manager
- Education & Experience: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking, and Finance or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Requires a minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in the related field, and experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
- Number Required: 2
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
- 4 ) Branch Accountant I
- Reports to: Branch Manager I
- Education & Experience: BA Degree in Accounting and 1 year of related work experience. Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
- Number Required: 3
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa
- 5 ) Saving and Credit Officer (SACCO-I)
- Reports to: Branch Manager I
- Education & Experience: Degree, College diploma, or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking, and Finance or Management. Requires 1 year for BA holders and a minimum of 2 years of related experience for Diploma/Level 4 holders. Experience in a Microfinance Institution is an asset.
