Position 1: Cashier Secretary I
Role Overview
The Cashier Secretary I is responsible for providing frontline financial and administrative services, ensuring accurate transaction handling, record management, and effective client communication at the branch level.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Handle cash transactions accurately and in accordance with institutional procedures
👉 Maintain financial records and support basic accounting activities
👉 Provide customer support and respond to client inquiries
👉 Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial transactions
👉 Support branch operations and administrative tasks
👉 Communicate effectively with clients in the local language
Qualifications and Requirements
👉 BA or TVET Level IV/III in Accounting or a related field
👉 1–3 years of relevant work experience
👉 Proficiency in the local language is mandatory
👉 Basic knowledge of financial procedures and customer service standards
👉 Good organizational and communication skills
Position 2: Junior Customer Service Officer
Role Overview
The Junior Customer Service Officer supports branch operations by delivering client services, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial and administrative processes in line with institutional standards.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Provide customer service support and respond to client inquiries
👉 Assist with account services and basic financial transactions
👉 Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
👉 Support branch operations and service delivery activities
👉 Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards
👉 Communicate effectively with clients in the local language
Qualifications and Requirements
👉 BA or TVET Level IV/III in Accounting, Economics, Management, Agribusiness, or a related field
👉 1–3 years of relevant work experience
👉 Proficiency in the local language is mandatory
👉 Basic understanding of financial services and customer relations
👉 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
