Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

👉 MA or BA in Accounting or Finance
👉 4 years of experience (MA) or 6 years (BA)
2. Senior Office Engineer
Location: Kombolcha
Salary: As per scale / negotiable
Quantity: 4
👉 BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
👉 7 years of general experience
👉 At least 3 years as Senior Office Engineer in road or bridge projects
👉 Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Primavera/MS Project
3. Project Manager
Location: Kombolcha
Salary: As per scale / negotiable
Quantity: 1
👉 BSc in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
👉 12 years of general experience
👉 Minimum 4 years as Project Manager in road or bridge construction projects
👉 Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills
4. Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Kombolcha
Salary: As per scale / negotiable
Quantity: 2
👉 BSc or TVET Level 4 in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
👉 5 years of general experience
👉 At least 3 years as Quantity Surveyor in road or bridge projects
👉 Skills in BOQ preparation and tender analysis
5. Human Resource Administrator
Location: Addis Ababa / Project Sites
Salary: As per scale / negotiable
Quantity: 1
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
👉 10 years of general experience
👉 At least 4 years as Project HR Administrator in construction projects
Role Overview
The positions support railway and infrastructure development projects through financial management, engineering design and supervision, project coordination, and human resource administration. Candidates are expected to contribute to efficient project execution and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Manage financial records and reporting (for accounting role)
👉 Oversee engineering design, planning, and site execution
👉 Lead and coordinate construction projects
👉 Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
👉 Manage human resource functions for project teams
👉 Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations
Qualifications
👉 Relevant academic qualifications as specified per position
👉 Required years of professional and project experience
👉 Technical proficiency in engineering and project management tools (where applicable)
