Requirements

👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in microfinance, banking, or similar sectors

👉 Provide front-line customer service and respond to client inquiries
👉 Support daily financial transactions and service delivery
👉 Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
👉 Assist in promoting financial products and services
