Available Positions

1. Deforestation-Free Supply Chain Expert

Location: Oromia / National level
Employment Type: Contract (Full-time)

Role Overview:
This position focuses on designing and strengthening sustainable and traceable supply chains that align with environmental standards and global market requirements.

Requirements:
👉 Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management, Forestry, Environmental Policy, or related field
👉 8–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain development or sustainable sourcing


2. Community Development Facilitator (CDF)

Location: Field-based (Ethiopia)
Employment Type: Contract (Full-time)

Role Overview:
The facilitator works closely with local communities to support inclusive project implementation and ensure effective participation of stakeholders.

Requirements:
👉 BSc degree in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Agriculture, or related field
👉 Minimum of 5 years of practical experience
👉 Knowledge of Afaan Oromo is required

3. Senior Forest and Landscape Specialist

Location: National level (Ethiopia)
Employment Type: Contract (Full-time)

Role Overview:
This senior role provides technical leadership in forest and landscape management, contributing to policy alignment and climate-focused initiatives.

Requirements:
👉 PhD or MSc in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Policy, Climate Change, or related field
👉 10–12 years of relevant experience in forestry, REDD+, climate finance, or policy engagement
