Position 1: Learning and Development Officer
Job Overview
The Learning and Development Officer will support employee capacity-building initiatives, training coordination, and professional development programs within the bank. The role also involves assisting in learning management activities and supporting staff performance improvement initiatives.
Educational Qualification
👉 BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Learning and Development Officer.
Additional Skills
👉 Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is advantageous.
👉 Graphics design skills are considered an added advantage.
👉 Good communication and organizational skills are required.
👉 Ability to prepare training materials and support staff development programs.

Position 2: Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer
Job Overview
The Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer will be responsible for supporting financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and assisting with the preparation of accurate financial statements and regulatory reports.
Educational Qualification
👉 BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
Work Experience
👉 Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Financial Reporting (IFRS) Officer.
Required Certification
👉 Diploma in Financial Reporting or ACCA Certification is mandatory.
Additional Skills
👉 Strong understanding of IFRS standards and financial reporting principles.
👉 Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
👉 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
👉 Proficiency in financial reporting systems and Microsoft Office applications.
