Job Overview

The Customer Service Officer (Maker) will provide customer service support at branch level and assist clients with various banking transactions and account services. The position involves handling both cash and non-cash transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining service quality standards.

Selected candidates will undergo six months of intensive training before permanent placement.


Key Responsibilities

👉 Handle front office customer service activities at the branch.
👉 Process payment and collection transactions.
👉 Support account opening and account maintenance activities.
👉 Respond to customer questions and service requests.
👉 Handle cash and non-cash banking transactions accurately.
👉 Assist customers with banking procedures and transaction-related issues.
👉 Maintain compliance with bank procedures and operational standards.


Educational Qualification

👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or another related business field.


Work Experience

👉 Zero years of experience required.
👉 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
