Position 1: Branch Manager – Grade I

Work Locations

👉 Mermersa Branch under Dire Dawa District
👉 Chefe Donsa under Adama District

Requirements

👉 BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related business fields
👉 Minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience
👉 At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position


Position 2: Customer Service Officer-II

Work Locations

👉 Branches under Addis Ababa City Area
👉 Branches under Dire Dawa District
👉 Branches under Hawassa District
👉 Branches under Adama District

Requirements

👉 Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
👉 No prior work experience required
👉 Candidates should be expected graduates of 2024, 2025, or 2026

Additional Criteria

👉 Age below 30 years
👉 Minimum cumulative GPA:
👉 Male applicants: 3.00 and above
👉 Female applicants: 2.75 and above
👉 Exit Exam result of 50% or above


Role Overview

The Branch Manager role involves overseeing branch operations, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient banking service delivery. The Customer Service Officer-II position focuses on customer handling, banking transactions, and supporting branch operations.
