Role Overview
As a member of the Cabin Crew, you are the face of Etihad Airways, responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of guests throughout the flight. The role demands individuals who are safety-conscious, customer-focused, and genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional service and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
The primary duties of the Cabin Crew include, but are not limited to:
➠ Delivering world-class customer service with a focus on making every guest feel valued.
➠ Ensuring the safety and security of all passengers in compliance with international and company regulations.
➠ Handling in-flight service duties, including the responsible serving of alcohol, even during periods like Ramadan, in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
➠ Adhering strictly to Etihad’s uniform and image standards, maintaining a high standard of personal grooming.
➠ Completing pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight duties efficiently and professionally.
➠ Working effectively as part of a highly diverse, global team.
Essential Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must satisfy the following minimum criteria to be considered for this position:
👉 Be a minimum of 21 years old at the time of application.
👉 Have a minimum height of 160 cm (a functional reach test is not required).
👉 Possess a High School Diploma or an equivalent educational qualification.
👉 Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
👉 Maintain a high standard of personal grooming; visible tattoos or piercings are not permitted, though females may wear one earring per earlobe.
👉 Be willing to comply with all UAE and GCAA visa requirements.
👉 Be comfortable in water and capable of swimming with the aid of a flotation device.
👉 Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for customer service, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work effectively with people from around the world.
