Role Overview
The positions involve managing customer service activities, overseeing branch operations, and ensuring efficient delivery of banking services. Depending on the role level, responsibilities range from front-line customer interaction to branch-level leadership and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Provide customer service and handle banking transactions efficiently
👉 Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
👉 Supervise daily branch operations and staff activities
👉 Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
👉 Support implementation of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) services where applicable
👉 Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
Position 1: Customer Service Officer II
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 2 years of banking operations experience
👉 Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is an advantage
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 3 years of relevant banking experience
👉 IFB training certification is advantageous
Position 3: Branch Operation Supervisor
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 4 years of related banking experience
👉 IFB training certification is advantageous
Position 4: Branch Manager
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 6 years of banking operations experience
👉 IFB training certification is advantageous
