Position 1: Branch Manager I
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
👉 At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related positions
Position 2: Branch Manager I (IFB Branch)
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Management, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 5 years of banking experience
👉 At least 2 years of experience in accounting-related positions
👉 Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) operations is advantageous
Position 3: Principal Attorney
Requirements:
👉 LLB Degree in Law
👉 Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
👉 At least 1 year in a senior position
Position 4: Senior Attorney
Requirements:
👉 LLB Degree in Law
👉 Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience
Role Overview
The bank is seeking experienced professionals to manage branch operations and provide legal services. Branch Managers will oversee daily banking activities, while Attorneys will handle legal matters, compliance, and advisory functions.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Manage and supervise branch operations and staff
👉 Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements
👉 Monitor financial performance and reporting
👉 Provide legal advice and handle contractual and compliance issues
👉 Represent the bank in legal matters where required
👉 Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation
Qualifications
👉 Relevant academic qualification in business or law
👉 Proven experience in banking or legal practice as specified per role
👉 Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
👉 Ability to work in a structured professional environment
