Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
👉 At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
Position 2: Senior Customer Service Officer I
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
👉 At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer
Role Overview
The positions involve managing branch operations and delivering customer-focused banking services. The Branch Manager will oversee overall branch performance, while the Senior Customer Service Officer will handle customer service operations and support daily banking activities.
