Role Overview

Position 1: Senior Accountant
Number of Positions: 1
Requirements:
👉 BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution
👉 Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
👉 Experience in import processes is an advantage
Additional Skills:
👉 Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting skills
👉 In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax laws
👉 Experience in problem-solving, decision-making, and communication
👉 High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
👉 Proficiency in accounting software and advanced computer skill
Position 2: Accountant
Number of Positions: 2
Requirements:
👉 BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting experience
👉 Import-related experience is advantageous
Additional Skills:
👉 Ability to maintain accurate financial records
👉 Experience in processing invoices, payments, and receipts
👉 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
👉 Familiarity with accounting software
Position 3: Automotive Spare Parts Salesperson
Number of Positions: 2
Requirements:
👉 Diploma or Level III/IV in Automotive Technology, Auto Mechanics, Auto Electricity, or a related field
👉 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales or related areas
Additional Skills:
👉 Knowledge of automotive spare parts and customer service
👉 Ability to identify parts using catalogs or relevant software
👉 Effective communication and sales skills
👉 Inventory management and stock tracking capability
👉 Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Position 4: Marketing Personnel
Number of Positions: 2
Requirements:
👉 BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
👉 2–3 years of experience in marketing or related areas
👉 Digital marketing knowledge is an advantage
Additional Skills:
👉 Strong communication and customer handling skills
👉 Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
👉 Experience in content creation and campaign management
👉 Ability to promote products and services effectively
👉 Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools
