Role Overview
The Branch Manager I will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring service quality, and managing staff performance. The role involves maintaining compliance with banking regulations while achieving operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Manage and supervise daily branch operations
👉 Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field
👉 Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
👉 At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
👉 Strong leadership and communication skills
👉 Ability to manage operations in a structured banking environment
