Position 1: Junior Interface & Program Development Officer
Requirements:
👉 BSc in Computer Science
👉 No prior work experience required (candidates will undergo a competency test)
👉 Minimum CGPA of 3.25
👉 Age below 26 years
👉 Must provide Grade 8 certificate and Kebele ID upon application
👉 Must have passed the curriculum-based exit examination
👉 Graduates of 2024 (Tahsas 22, 2016 E.C.) or recent
Position 2: Property Valuation Engineer II
Requirements:
👉 BSc in Civil Engineering
👉 Experience options:
👉 2 years as Property Valuation Engineer I or equivalent, or 5 years of relevant banking experience
👉 OR 2 years as Property Valuation Engineer II or equivalent, or 6 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
👉 Assist in system development and programming tasks (for IT role)
👉 Support evaluation and valuation of properties (for engineering role)
👉 Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation
👉 Ensure compliance with banking standards and procedures
👉 Collaborate with internal teams to support operations
