1. Branch Manager I
Work Location: Agarfa Branch (under Shashemene District)
Role Overview:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring service quality, achieving business targets, and managing staff performance.
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
👉 Minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience
👉 At least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role
2. Senior Attorney
Work Location: Head Office (Legal Services)
Role Overview:
The Senior Attorney provides legal support to the bank, including advisory services, litigation handling, and preparation of legal documents.
Requirements:
👉 LLB Degree in Law or a related discipline
👉 Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
3. Senior Transformation & Project Management Officer
Work Location: Head Office (Innovation & Transformation Management Department)
Role Overview:
This role focuses on supporting organizational transformation initiatives and managing projects aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
👉 Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
4. Electrical Engineer
Work Location: Head Office (IT Systems Management Department)
Role Overview:
The Electrical Engineer supports the bank’s IT infrastructure, particularly in managing power systems and ensuring operational reliability of data center facilities.
Requirements:
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
👉 Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in data centers or IT infrastructure
