1. Manager, Legal Division

Qualification and Experience

👉 LLB or LLM Degree from a recognized university or college.

👉 Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.

👉 At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Legal Officer or in a related senior legal role.

Work Location

👉 Head Office, Addis Ababa.

Role Overview

The Legal Division Manager will oversee legal advisory services, handle legal compliance matters, review contracts, and support the company in litigation and regulatory affairs.


2. Branch Manager III

Qualification and Experience

👉 BA/BSc Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields.

👉 Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in insurance operations.

👉 At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Work Location

👉 Addis Ababa City Branch.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager III will supervise branch operations, coordinate staff activities, strengthen customer service, and ensure achievement of operational targets.


3. Branch Manager II

Qualification and Experience

👉 BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.

👉 Minimum of 7 years of relevant insurance experience.

👉 At least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager I.

Work Location

4. Branch Manager I

Qualification and Experience

👉 BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.

👉 Minimum of 6 years of relevant insurance experience.

👉 At least 3 years of experience in a senior-level insurance position.

Work Location

👉 Addis Ababa City Branch.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager I will coordinate branch activities, support customer relations, monitor branch performance, and maintain operational efficiency.

5. Content and Graphics Officer II

Qualification and Experience

👉 Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.

👉 Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders.

👉 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for diploma holders.

Work Location

👉 Head Office, Addis Ababa.

Role Overview

The officer will support the company’s communication and branding activities by producing visual content, marketing materials, and digital graphics.


6. Senior Secretary / Secretary II

Qualification and Experience

👉 Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or BA Degree in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Information Technology, or related fields.

👉 Experience requirements vary by qualification level:

  • Senior Secretary: 6–11 years
  • Secretary II: 3–6 years

Qualification and Experience
