Role Summary
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing the organization’s financial operations, evaluating internal control systems, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves identifying operational risks and providing recommendations to improve financial efficiency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
👉 Conduct periodic audits of financial transactions and operational activities.
👉 Review internal financial controls and evaluate their effectiveness.
👉 Identify weaknesses, risks, or non-compliance issues within operational procedures.
👉 Prepare audit findings and submit detailed reports to management.
👉 Support management in strengthening accountability and operational efficiency.
👉 Ensure financial records and processes comply with company standards and relevant regulations.
👉 Assist in monitoring corrective actions following audit findings.
Qualifications and Requirements
👉 BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.
👉 1–2 years or more of relevant work experience in auditing, accounting, or related financial roles.
👉 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
👉 Good understanding of internal auditing principles and financial reporting.
👉 Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
👉 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
